Richard Hideo Sakuragi, 88, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Postal Service logistics manager and an Air Force veteran, died in Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by son Carey R., daughter Vicki Sakuragi-Lee, sister Carol Miyamoto, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Aug. 16 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
