74Ernesto Ramos "Erning" Cayetano, 68, of Honolulu, a Kahala Hotel and Resort retiree, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by daughter Mary Jane; mother Magdalena R.; brothers Lorenzo, Francisco and Guillermo; sisters Florenda Cristobal, Veronica Maximo, Gloria Bruan, Elena Cabjuan, Madeline Cabato and Evelyn Cayetano; and two grandchildren.
