83Scott Takeo Smith, 55, of Hilo, a Pacific University College maintenance worker, died. He is survived by son Isaiah; daughters Tasha Smith and Misha Fujimoto; mother Alice A.; brothers Earl Mizumoto and Tony Smith; sisters Lydia Katsuda, Debi Kahalewai and Pat Harris; and three grandchildren. Celebration of life: 3-5:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at James Kealoha Beach Park, also known as "4 Miles," 1737 Keaukaha Road, Hilo.
