Paulina Ramil Hufalar, also known as the "Omelet Queen" and "Mama," 84, of Lahaina, founder and pastor of Koinonia Church and a retired line cook at Royal Lahaina Hotel, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Kapoho, Puna, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Timothy and David; daughter Gloria Girbony; brothers Donald Sison and Juan Hufalar Jr.; sisters Clarita H. Inauen, Rosita H. Smith, Bonifacia H. Leasure, Carmen H. Nunez and Mildred H. King; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Aug. 19 at Koinonia Pentecostal Church, Honokowai.
