76Robert Naoto Arinaga, 98, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. He was born in Kealia, Kauai. He is survived by son Dennis A., daughters Arleen A. Arinaga and Shelley S. Ota, brother Thomas, sisters Fujiko Mamura and Rachel Tamura, and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Aug. 20 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
