Vivian Kwai Chan Kam, 96, of Honolulu, a Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard office clerk, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Philip K.H., son Alvin, daughter Phyllis Matsuda, sister Linda Klein, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
