80Irene Andres Arcayna, 71, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaii Medical Service Association claims examiner, died in Honolulu. She was born in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sisters Bonnie Pascua and Aida Avecilla. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Aug. 23 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Mass: 9:15 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Valley of the Temples. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
