Rodney Roy Sanborn, 73, of Oro Valley, Ariz., an electrical engineer and an Air Force veteran, died in Tucson, Ariz. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Colleen Murphy; sons Keka P. "Seth" and Zachary R.; daughters Molly P. Menlove, Rebekah K. and Miranda P. Sanborn, Sarah M. Neilson and Rachel M. McBride; stepson Tom Murphy; stepdaughter Aileen Murphy; brothers Vernon and Herman; 23 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Aug. 25 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Waikalua Chapel, 45-150 Waikalua Road, Kaneohe.
