78Diana Natsuko Oyakawa, 71, of Lihue, an Elsie Wilcox Elementary School librarian, died on Kauai. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by husband Norman, son Ray, brothers Wallace and Kenneth Yokota, and sister Nancy Yamamoto. Visitation: 2:30 p.m. Aug. 20 at Lihue Christian Church.
