75Kiyoko "Kay" Arakaki, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Regent maid, died. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by son Rodney; daughters Sharon Tam, June Arakaki and Laura Tanaka; brothers Roy and George Higa; sister Helen Nakasone; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Aug. 25 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
