77Carol Honda Takase, 78, of Aiea, a retired First Hawaiian Bank secretary, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by husband Ralph H.; son Reid; daughter Janice Sunouchi; brothers Stanley and Richard Honda; sisters Harriet Itano, Katherine Fujioka and Alice Oda; and two grandchildren.
