Victor Dubray Jr., 80, of Kailua-Kona, a retired concrete batch-man for West Hawaii Concrete, ranch worker for Puuwaawaa Ranch and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carmen; son Victor III; daughters Victoria DuBray, Deborah Dutra and Vanessa Crawford; and three grandchildren. Private services.
