72Haruyo Murakami Tamura, 87, of Honolulu, a state Department of Education retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Makawao, Maui. She is survived by daughters Carol-Ellen C. and Fay H. Tamura, and Constance M.T. Murakami; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Aug. 30 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Service: 6 p.m.
