Seishin "Rudy" Arakawa, 90, of Kaneohe, a retired state prison warden and a business owner and proprietor of Fuel B&E Petroleum, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Waihee, Maui. He is survived by wife Edith; son Dennis; brothers Robert and Hideo; sisters Yoshimi Kayona, Mildred Miyamoto, Jean Gushiken and Yoshiko Fukunada; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
