72Albino T. Quebral, 96, of Kaneohe, a homemaker, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Lasam, Cagayan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Ovinsida U.; sons Glie, Efren, Nelson and Rey; daughters Tessie Bartalome and Editha Duldulao; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
