74Leoncia Carmelo "Luz" Carmen, 89, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Batay, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by husband Lorenzo "Inso"; sons Marino "Ninoy," Roberto "Berting" and Cirilo "Lito"; daughters Agustina "Tina," Maria-Lourdes "Mar" and Maria-Victoria "Vicky" Carmen, and Rose-Jean Laguardia; sister Gabriela Carmelo; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
