Shirley Agua Suganuma, 87, of Pearl City, a district manager for the Morrow Crane Co. and an Ethics Commission employee for the City and County of Honolulu under Mayor Eileen Anderson, died in Aiea. She was born in Makawao, Maui. She is survived by husband Melvin S.L.; sons John D. and William Bortfeld II, and Raynard and Raymond N. Suganuma; daughters Donna Keliinoi, Deena Miller, Cindy Low, Shirley Simao and Raynette Suganuma-Carlson; sister Rosinda Auffrey; 21 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Private services.
