Francis Gerald Judd, 87, of Kaneohe, a retired Navy veteran and pilot for the federal government, died in Kailua. He was born in Denver. He is survived by wife Diane, son Ed Wheeler, daughters Bridget Sturman and Linda Cornwell, 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Services: 2 p.m. Sept. 7 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Committal services: 11 a.m. Sept. 13 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
