RICHARD HIROSHI MOROYE
RICHARD HIROSHI MOROYE August 18, 2016 Richard Hiroshi Moroye, 79, of Honolulu, a civil engineer at Hawaiian Dredging for 30 years, was surrounded by his family as he passed away from complications of Alzheimer's Dementia in Vancouver, Washington. He was born in Pueblo, Colorado. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Dawn, son Marc and his wife Debbie, daughter Dana and her husband Jeff, and 4 grandchildren, Russell, Jessica, Nicholas and Haley; identical twin brother Ray, niece Geanne and brother Lester. Richard loved to play golf and tennis with his friends, and cherished his time with his family. He will forever be remembered for his sense of humor and generosity. Richard was brought back home to Hawaii and a private service was held in celebration of his life. The family takes great comfort in the Shakespearean line, "And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest."
