75Jacqueline Otani Kim, 86, of Waianae died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by son John David; daughters Roberta K. Nakamoto, Kathleen Gail Kim and Suzan K. Moore; brother Yoshiaki "Gambi" Kimura; sister Katie Kaku; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 9 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to American Cancer Society Pacific, Inc. or American Heart Association of Hawaii.
