81Joseph Michael Cullen III, 82, of Kaneohe, an engineer, died in Liliha Care Center. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Cecilia, sons Stephen and Gerald, daughter Debbie, sister Patricia Villarin, 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
