Roy Yoshitaka Maruyama, 84, of Waialua, an Army veteran who served in the Korean War and a Waialua Sugar Co. retiree, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Wai-alua. He is survived by wife Amy, daughter Gwen Valbuena, sisters Helen Nakamura and Barbara Morioka, four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Private services.
