72Florendo Lacar "Flor" Ramos, 83, of Waipahu, a retired city Parks and Recreation Department worker and former attorney in Bacarra, Philippines, died in Honolulu. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Marie "Daling"; sons Romeo, Franie and Ferdinand; daughters Shirley Cafmir, Flordeliz Solomon and Imelda Morales; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
