78Bryson Kanamu Evangelista- Samson, 22, of Hilo, a former Ocean Sports pool and beach attendant, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by parents Davlyn Samson, and Ben and Sonja Evangelista; stepfather Mark Cabral; brothers Austin, Ashton and Tristan Evangelista, and Dustin Samson; sisters Tatyana, Tania and Tiade Cabral-Samson; and grandparents Joanne and John De Leon, and Sandra Smith. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 10 at New Hope-Hilo, 840 Kupulau Road. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Scattering of ashes: 2 p.m. at 4 Miles Beach Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
