74Maximo Arellano Pacba, 90, of Waipahu died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Marcelina A.; son Ernesto A.; daughters Beatriz P. Garlitos, Evangeline P. Dadiz and Nelly P. Munoz; brothers Gabriel A.; sister Fausta A.; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sept. 11 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Sept. 12 at the mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Flowers welcome.
