69Wesley Edward Peters, 61, of Ewa Beach, a Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard welder, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Celestine Kamihara, Genevie Enos and Riley Peters; mother Irene Furoyama; brothers Richard and Wendell; sister Susan Gamboa; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
