Douglas Tadashi Miyashiro, 79, of Kaneohe, a Hawaiian Telephone Co. credit manager and an Air Force veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jackie; daughters Joanne Burgo, Donna DeBiasi and Susan Miyashiro; sisters Marianne W. Hee and June Yamashiro; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
