Edward Paat Babas Sr., 88, of Honolulu, a retired Pepsi-Cola route manager and an Army National Guard veteran, died at home. He was born in Kealia, Kauai. He is survived by partner Virginia Dofa; sons Edward Jr., Jeffery, Philip and Clayton; daughters Carmelita Meyer, Carolyn Roach, Erlinda Swinford and Lenora Babas; brothers Jaime, Felipe and Ernesto; sister Nita; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
