Joseph Belaski, 82, of West Sacramento, Calif., a Love's Bakery loader and a Coast Guard veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Alberta; sons Raymond, Brian and Jeffery; daughter Shelly; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 14 at Borthwick Mortuary.
