Richard Bacilio Tkachenko, 79, of Honolulu, an Air Force senior airman and an owner of a real estate business, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by fiancee Cathy Cox; daughters Renee Guillermo, Wanda Leach and Darrah Canady; stepson Dane Artiaga; stepdaughter Desna Artiaga; sister Alice T. Clay; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Sept. 20 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Mass: 9 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
