74Sheryl Yuriko Yamamoto, 71, of Kailua, a retired state Department of Education teacher at Farrington and Kaiser high schools, died at home. She was born in Puunene, Maui. She is survived by husband Alvin M., sons Jay A. and Jeff A., caregiver and daughter-in-law Jean and sister Arleen Strunk. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Sept. 19 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
