David Ap Lew, 85, of Honolulu, a Crawford's Convalescent Home manager and an Army veteran, died. He was born in China. He is survived by wife Alice K., son Dennis, daughter Lisa Masutani, brother Park, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
