He is survived by companion Karen Maruoka; mother Barbara Crist; son Marcus; daughters Tess Marie and Trisha Ann; brothers Steven and Robin Shaw, Tim Lane, and Christopher and David Jr. Lasica; and sisters Rhonda Thomas, Valorie Shaw and Tonda Turner-Asher.
