72Mathilda Makakoa "Koa" Adolpho, 90, of Kalamaula, Molokai, a homemaker, died in Kalamaula. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Warren M. and Patrick H.; daughters Aloma A. Eustaquio, Rita M. Jaeger and Keala M. Penrose; sisters Juliette K. Aukai, Jeanette L. Kahalehoe, Louise H. Paleka and Lorraine U.
