78Rhonda Terry Broad, 61, of Hilo, a homeless outreach advocate, will be remembered in a celebration of life 10 a.m. Sept. 24 at Glad Tidings Church, Hilo. She died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Joseph, daughter Ruth-Ann Hayes, brothers Ernest and James "Kimo," and sister Susannah. Scattering of ashes Oct. 8 (all day) at Leleiwi Beach Park. Casual attire.
