Yutaka Kochi Yoshida, 104, of Honolulu, a retired physician and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He also was a member of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team (H Company) and recipient of the Silver Star, Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Oak-Leaf Cluster. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by son Ken, daughter Ann, brother Tokuo and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Sept. 23 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
