Kiyoshi Matsuo, 91, of Hilo, a retired aircraft manufacturing inspector with Northrop Grumman and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Papaaloa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Matsue, sons Ryan and Lonnie, and daughter Sharon. Private services. No monetary offerings.
