76Salvacion Adalem Calixtro, 69, of Honolulu, a retired Kuakini Medical Center clerk, died in Honolulu. She was born in Pangasinan, Philippines. She is survived by sons Jonathan and Curtis; brothers Catalino, Henry and Larry Mariano; and sisters Nina Bersaman and Dolores Lamphere. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Sept. 27 at Diamond Head Mortuary.
