73Santiago Reyes Miguel, 80, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a retired drip operator, died in Straub Clinic and Hospital. He was born in Vintar, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Teresita; son Robert; sisters Lydia Rivera, Florencia Guerrero, Violeta Acierto and Naty Rivers; and a grandchild. Visitation: 8 a.m. Oct. 1 at Holy Cross Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Church Cemetery.
