Francis Anthony Nobriga Jr., 61, of Honolulu, formerly of Las Vegas, a retired police officer for the Honolulu Police Department and an Army veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Waikapu, Maui. He is survived by daughters Darlani Moore, and Kymberly, Kristen "Kawehi" and Karmella "Kammie" Nobriga; mother Edwina "Ku'ulei" Enos Nobriga; brothers Eugene, Kyle, Curtis, Miles and Kekoa; sisters Lovey Ann and Melody Nobriga, Johnette "Jo" Range, Valerie Schaller and Pua Naone; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Sept. 29 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Inurnment: 11:30 a.m. Sept. 30 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
