81Philip Paul Muscarella, 46, of Honolulu, a histotechnician for Dr. John Boyer, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Erie County, Pa. He is survived by wife Jerri M., mother Janice Y., brothers Lewis and James, and sister Debbie Muscarella-Lam. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
