Bryant "Charlie Tuna" Rude, 67, of Paia, Maui, an Army veteran and an employee at Charley's Restaurant in Paia, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Santa Ana, Calif. He is survived by sister Janet. Scattering of ashes: 4 p.m. Sept. 28 at Hookipa Beach Park. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to American Cancer Society on Maui.
