71Florence Kaona, 81, of Anahola, Kauai, died in Samuel Mahelona Hospital. She was born in Kilauea, Kauai. She is survived by daughters Caridyn Colburn and Davilyn Hoomanawanui; brothers Wilbert and Henry Tai Hook; sisters Annie Hashimoto, Leimomi Tubal, Eleanor Haumea and Rhona Ann Hermosura; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Oct. 29 at Anahola Club House.
