Howard Yoshikazu Tanaka, 69, of Honolulu, a maintenance helper at The Arc in Hawaii and an Army veteran, died in Maunalani Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brother Edgar and sister Ruth Kawano. Services: 10:30 a.m. Oct. 6 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
