72Charles "Chuck" Layden, 69, of Honolulu, a St. Francis Medical Center clinical director and University of Hawaii program director, died in Honolulu. He was born in Bloomfield, N.J. He is survived by mother Eleanor; brothers Bill, Paul, Kevin, Greg and Jack; and sisters Dianne and Elaine. Visitation: 10 a.m. Oct. 4 at Borthwick Mortuary.
