RICHARD TOM Richard Tom (93) of Honolulu passed away on October 10 2016. Richard was a retired Hickam Air Force Base contract inspector and general contractor. He is survived by wife, Victoria, children: Garret (Faith), Lloyd and Annette (Curtis) Ching, grandchildren; Kristina, Devin and Aaron, brothers; Kenneth and Calvin, sisters; Helen Wat, Gladys Tom and Elsie Tom. Services on Friday, November 4, 2016 at the Chapel at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Visitation 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Service 10:30 a.m. Burial 2:00 p.m. at Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers or monetary gifts.
