RALPH MASATO OKIHARA 75, of Mililani passed away peacefully on September 28, 2016 in Pearl City. He was born in North Kohala on April 4, 1941. He was an Army veteran and a retired Certified Public Accountant. He is survived by son, Alexander Okihara (Lorene), and grandchildren, Joshua and Chase.
