RICHARD KATSUYOSHI PRIMO SAITO Age 94, of Wahiawa, HI, passed away October 12, 2016 in Pearl City. Born September 25, 1922 in Kaupakalua, Maui, HI. He was a U.S. Army World War II veteran and retired as a painting supervisor for the Navy Public Works Center. Survived by sons, Gary K. Saito, Terry F. (Roberta) Saito; daughters, Arlene K. (Andy) Stelzer, Christine E. (Leonard) Sabolsky; brothers, Edward Matao Saito, Fred Mamoru Saito, John Gitsuo Saito; sister, Norma Aiko Anzai; 4 grand- children; 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation 9:00 a.m. Sunday (Nov. 20) at the Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; memorial service 10:00 a.m. Committal Service 9:30 a.m. Monday (Nov. 21) at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers, please.
