90, of Honolulu, passed away on September 23, 2016, in Queen's Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired U.S. Government Electronics Engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. Preceded in death by his wife, Ruth (Baba) Asato, he is survived by his son, Randall (Jill) Asato; grandchildren, Kyler and Hailey Asato. Private services held.
