WANDA WILLIAMS REHBERG
Wanda Williams Rehberg, 93, of Makiki, died peacefully in her sleep on November 1, 2016. Wanda lived whole-heartedly as an individual, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend, and as community servant and advocate. With an adventurous and brave spirit, she flew P51 Mustang fighters during WWII on American soil, travelled all over the world, worked tirelessly as a volunteer and as a full time employee until the age of 80. She found spiritual solace as an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu for 33 years. Wanda was known for her generous heart, keen mind and sharp wit. Survivors include her two daughters, Susan Murray of Honolulu and Lise Deary of Los Angeles; three granddaughters, Christina Weinberg, Melanie Buchmann, and Lindsey Walsh; two grandsons, Griffin and Alex Deary, as well as 5 great grandchildren. Known also as "Polly", this miracle of a human being will be dearly missed. A private celebration of life was held at Arcadia Retirement Residence.
Our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased
